Description
This Protected Designation of Origin Somerset Cheddar has won two stars in the Great Taste Awards. Its matured in the in the Wookey Hole Caves of Wells, which have existed for millions of years.
The cheddar is handmade and has a fruity flavour with a smooth texture.
