Kevin and Alison Blunt make this cheese from milk from their own goats which are only fed hay or pasture in East Sussex.

When young the cheese has a fine, firm silky texture and fresh, citrus flavour and as it matures the cheese becomes denser and creamier and develops stronger, more complex flavours.

As well as being tasty on a cheeseboard Golden Cross can be used for cooking and grilling.
